By means of a reservation code you will be able to control at all times the status of the order and your account.

As such, EL PATIO SEVILLANO, S.L. acts exclusively as an intermediary in relation to both the catering services demanded by the Users, and the payment of the same, either through payment gateways, or through direct payment at the premises by the User.

Consequently, EL PATIO SEVILLANO, S.L. does not guarantee the User its satisfaction with the commercial practices or the products and services it receives when using the tools that EL PATIO SEVILLANO, S.L. makes available to the User.

Given the interactive nature of EL PATIO SEVILLANO's website, all the information it contains is subject to change at any time, without this compromising the responsibility of EL PATIO SEVILLANO, S.L.

1.17 Divisibility of the articles
If any of the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use shall be declared null and void, illegal, unenforceable or inapplicable, the validity, legality, enforceability or applicability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired and such provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

EL PATIO SEVILLANO, S.L. may proceed to draft a new clause with the aim of restoring the common will of the Parties, as expressed in the original clause, always in accordance with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by current legislation, any claim, dispute or matter arising from or related to these Terms of Use shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Seville.

1.18 Holder and general conditions of contract

Users who make purchases on www.elpatiosevillano.com fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, just as if they were written at the time of contract/purchase.

The reading and acceptance of the GCC will be an indispensable requirement, prior to the purchase of any product through www.elpatiosevillano.com

EL PATIO SEVILLANO S.L. reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GCC will always be accessible from the web site, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and can be modified in attention to the market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies conformity with the price offered and with the general sales conditions in force at that particular time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to have been perfected by right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will have a contractual nature and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalised will be archived and the user will have access to it in his client area.

El Patio Sevillano reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided on its website for reasons of breach of good faith in the contract, failure to comply with applicable legislation, these General Conditions of Purchase and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.

Shipments

The delivery times are instantaneous, the confirmation arrives to the customer's email.
The customer will have 72 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the included products. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.
In case of receiving a product not wished or with intention to change the date of the service it has the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incidence to the company.

RETURN

The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition by him/her that he/she is aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the entrepreneur, he/she will have lost his/her right of withdrawal.

Once we receive the product(s), we will refund the money according to the method of payment you have used:

If you paid by card, we will credit your account within 48 to 72 hours.
If you paid by Paypal, we will credit your Paypal account.
If you paid by transfer, we will ask you for an account number to credit your account. Please note that it can take up to 48 working hours until it is reflected in your bank account.
For the rest of the payment methods, we will ask you for a credit account number.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from their handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
Return conditions for private customers

All tickets must be returned prior to the date of the event. Otherwise El Patio Sevillano reserves the right to refuse the return.
Cancellation of orders

Those cancellations of orders that involve a return to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative purposes, although we try not to exceed 7 days.
